I have struggled with food addiction for many, many years. It creates an internal battle, confusion over what my body needs vs what it wants, and I have learned through my own experience, that it lowers our vibrational frequency, causing inflammation, organ and gland malfunction, and can result in physical symptoms.
What happens when we raise our vibrational frequency?
We become clear of our vision.
We become lighter physically and emotionally.
The answer comes to us so easily.
Their is peace instead of heaviness.
Some things I did recently to raise my vibration, in addition to Body Code and Healy, were laying down the food battle, acknowledging that I didn’t have the answer and it was insane to keep doing the same thing and expecting different results.
I committed to going 100% plant based, instead of plant strong that I had been doing, and to do at least 10 rounds of RCCP to heal my gut completely.
I instantly felt lighter, physically and emotionally.
My mind became completely clear and focused and I knew exactly what my body needed.
The food cravings completely stopped. (I was in the middle of intermittent fasting, and I literally hadn’t changed my food yet. It was all a mindset shift).
I felt less hunger and was completely satiated.
All because I raised my vibrational frequency and aligned my conscious self with my greatest self.
Here’s the recipe of one of the first meals I made in this shift to a higher level of frequency.
Meatless Tacos
Ingredients:
2 cups of walnuts
1 small onion
1 bell pepper
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 cup of chopped mushrooms
1 tablespoon of coconut aminos
2 cloves of chopped garlic
Cabbage leafs (or chopped cabbage)
Chopped green onions, cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Sliced avocado
Taco “Meat”:
Soak two cups of walnuts in a bowl full of water for around an hour and then drain the water. Chop the walnuts into tiny pieces or chop in a food processor.
Chop up one onion and one bell pepper.
Pour about a tablespoon of oil into a skillet and turn on medium. Once the skillet is heated, stir in the onion and bell pepper and walnuts. Continually stir until soft. Add in the mushrooms. Continue to stir.
Add in 1 tablespoon of coconut aminos and stir.
Add in 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning (I use Frontier Co-Op).
Stir together for 5 more minutes or so.
Once finished, spoon the “meat” on to a cabbage leaf for a taco.
Or, use the “meat” and make a salad, my preferred method.
Chop up some cabbage and place in the bottom of a bowl. Add the taco “meat”.
Top with chopped green onions, and cilantro.
Drizzle with the juice of a lime.
Garnish with sliced avocado.
